Who We Are – The Story Behind Bonus99
When most people first hear the name bonus99, they picture a run-of-the-mill betting platform. But for those who have been with us for a while, bonus99 is something more — it is a community, the place that comes to mind first when there is a Malaysian Super League match on a Saturday night, or when you just want to unwind with a few rounds of roulette after work.
Bonus99 was founded in 2019 with a sharply focused vision: to build an online betting platform that truly understands Malaysian players. Not a platform translated from another language, not one that operates in a foreign currency, and not one that requires players to use payment methods they are unfamiliar with. From day one, bonus99 was built for Malaysia — in Malay, in MYR, through Malaysian payment methods.
The Mission & Vision of bonus99
Bonus99's mission is straightforward: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting platform for Malaysian players, with the best value in the market. Every decision made by the bonus99 team — from interface design and payment method selection to the VIP programme structure — is evaluated against a single question: does this deliver the best experience for our Malaysian players?
Bonus99's long-term vision is to be the number one online betting platform trusted by Malaysian players — not just in terms of size or user numbers, but in trust, transparency, and the value delivered to every member. This is the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
🇲🇾 100% Built for Malaysia: Every aspect of bonus99 — from the user interface and language options to payment methods and customer support team — is purpose-built to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players. This is not a global platform adapted for Malaysia; it is a platform born from a deep understanding of what Malaysian players truly want.
What We Offer at bonus99
Bonus99's game catalogue covers virtually every betting category Malaysian players care about. For sports fans, the bonus99 Sports Betting section offers extensive markets for EPL and Malaysia Super League football, badminton including the Thomas Cup and All England, cricket, tennis, and esports such as MPL Malaysia and MLBB. Odds are displayed in real time with automatic updates, and Live Match betting lets you wager while the game is in progress, with odds that shift as the action unfolds.
For casino enthusiasts, bonus99 offers a Live Casino featuring real human dealers streamed live — baccarat, European and Lightning roulette, blackjack, sic bo, and more, available 24 hours a day in HD-quality streaming. The slots and jackpot section houses over 150 titles from world-class providers, including progressive jackpots that can reach millions of ringgit.
Security and Transparency — Not Just a Tagline
Security is something bonus99 takes very seriously. All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by local Malaysian banks. Member personal data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, and bonus99 adheres to comprehensive data protection standards.
On game fairness, bonus99 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been tested and certified by independent international regulators. Audit reports are available and updated on a regular basis. The RTP for every game is displayed openly — we believe players deserve to know the actual return percentage before placing any bets.
🔒 bonus99 Account Protection: Every bonus99 account is protected with optional two-factor authentication (2FA), suspicious login activity monitoring, and an automated fraud detection system. If any unusual activity is detected on your account, the bonus99 security team will reach out to you proactively before any loss occurs.

Our Responsible Gaming page contains detailed information on all available tools and how to use them. bonus99 will never encourage players to bet beyond their financial means.
The Malaysian Player Community — What Sets bonus99 Apart
One of the things longtime bonus99 players most often mention when asked why they stay loyal is the sense of community. At bonus99, players are not just a number in a database — they are part of an ecosystem that bonus99 has built with great care. The VIP programme delivers real rewards to loyal players. The support team knows their players personally. Promotions are designed based on genuine feedback from the community.
Throughout the year, bonus99 hosts a variety of tournaments and events for members — from online slots tournaments with cash prizes to exclusive invitations for top VIP members to live sporting events in Malaysia. It is bonus99's way of giving back to the community that has helped the platform grow from 2019 to today.
